communicated globally with the Wagyu industry before breed associations opened their activities for international breeders and producers.
The history of Wagyu across the globe was captured on the these pages from Japan to the early imports through USA, Australia and Canada. Many technical papers were posted and they became a reference.
Steve has been exporting Wagyu genetics from Australia for ten years and giving recommendations on genetics, nutrition and a combination of both for highest eating quality for herds that he is collaborating with.
