Wagyu around the World - Poland
Wieslaw Stopa introduced Wagyu to Poland. He started breeding Angus cattle 20 years ago. Wagyu 
embryos were imported first from Australia and then from USA. Lines were from Fukutsuru 068, Kikateruyasudoi and Shigeshigetani. The herd has grown to 120. His two farms, located in the vicinity of Sulęczyno and Parchowo, cover about 200 hectares on the Kashubia.
The Wagyu cattle, with their unique pedigree from Japan, lead a peaceful life in the absolutely clean environment known as Bytow Lobelia Lakes.
They are slaughtered at about three years of age, aged for a minimum of 28 days at +1°C and supplied exclusively to Wieslaw's restaurant, "Delmonico Cut Steakhouse", in Sopot.
